Route Protect is an affordable package protection service that offers you "peace of mind" for all your orders. The premium for Route Protect insurance is calculated based on the total value of your products, minus any discounts, and excludes shipping, handling, and taxes from the calculation. By adding Route Protect at checkout, you can easily report any issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and receive a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days after the issue is reviewed and approved. Please note that Route Shipping Insurance only covers the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping costs, taxes, customs/duty fees, and the Route premium.
